George The Shark and His Friends
Mary wrote this book to aid readers in developing their reading and memory. This dry erase book is perfect any shark lovers out there! Here is a small peek at what they pages look like
In this book, we get to meet 15 different sharks and learn some cool facts about each of them. I love how the book is interactive and lets the children write on it. At the end of the book, she has a fun matching game the kids can work on
As well as learning how to write each of the sharks names
She even gives more ideas of how to use dry erase markers throughout the book.
If any of my readers live in the Orange County area she will be at the Orange County Book Festival on October 4th where you can meet her and maybe even get a book autographed by her. She will be there from 9:30-4:30.
I am really excited to share this book with my students this week. I know they are going to love reading about sharks as well as developing those fine motor skills at the same time.
Make sure to check it out at a bookstore near you.
Happy Reading!
